Jay Deppeler has worked in the Health and Human Service sector for the last 25+ years serving in virtually every role from Direct Care Staff at the beginning of his career culminating with stints in leadership ranging from President and CEO of a Forensic Behavioral Health program to Executive Vice President and Chief Administration and Program Officer of a complex $160MM organization with operations in 4 States.   Jay helped grow the latter organization from a $45MM business by aiding in the diversification of service lines and locations via MA&A.  In addition to assisting in target selection, due diligence, and integration, Jay was crucial in the blending the cultures and personalities that led the various business lines, establishing the Key Performance Indicators in those business lines, ensuring Continuous Quality Improvement, and identifying areas of efficiency to enhance the operations of all related entities. 

Ryan Kraus. has spent the last 25+ years as a CPA, CFO and Advisor to high growth enterprises across several industries.  Most recently, he served as CFO for an active Consolidator in the Healthcare and Human Services space that closed 16 transactions in a four-year period and conducted varying degrees of due diligence on hundreds of others. He also led the Integration Team responsible for the post-closing assimilation of new portfolio companies.  Ryan has built and led high performing finance teams and closed complex financing arrangements in excess of $40MM.
